In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing routine service support to arenaflex customers who initiate contact with our Customer Care Center. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, issues, and service requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable one. You will communicate directly with customers, as well as internal and external service partners, to effectively resolve issues and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and be able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, high school diploma, or GED; however, related experience or product knowledge may be necessary to accomplish primary duties. Typically, less than one year of related experience is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
