**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our Amazon Locker+ retail locations. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with your team to achieve our goals and making a real difference in the lives of our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
* Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when needed
* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills to resolve issues
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
* Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest arenaflex tools and systems
* Receive truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of packages
**Physical Demands and Requirements**
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable), ensuring a safe and accessible environment for customers and colleagues
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

**Requirements**
* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English
