Duties & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark Locker+, your duties will be diverse and challenging. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery
- Assisting customers with their queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing procedures
- Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders efficiently
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring accurate processing of packages
To excel in this role, you will need to be able to:
- Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around safely
- Navigate stairs (where applicable)
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with varying schedules week to week
