**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for facilitating intake calls and requests, providing clear and efficient support, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. **Key Responsibilities**
As a CSA, you'll be responsible for:
* Facilitating intake calls and requests from clients, providing clear and efficient support
* Achieving satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
* Providing exceptional client service experiences that meet or exceed client expectations
* Logging and tracking calls and requests while servicing clients
* Addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
* Working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A flexible schedule, with availability to work hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends
* Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
* Experience with call center software and scheduling tools
* Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will give you an edge in this role:
* Bilingualism (preferably in a non-Spanish language)
* Experience in the language/translation industry
