Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience. * **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service. * **Merchandising and Inventory Management**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader. * **Asset Protection and Compliance**: Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. * **Display and Visual Merchandising**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed. * **Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products. * **Web Pick-up and Special Assignments**: Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers.
