Key Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, greeting customers and offering assistance with products and services.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous and efficient checkout service, and process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
- Engage customers and patients by resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items.
- Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store, including counters, shelves, and displays.
- Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
- Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
- Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
- Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
- Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer prior work experience with blithequark.
