Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, greeting customers, and offering assistance with products and services.
- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Recommend items for sale to customers, recommend trade-up and/or companion items, and provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
- Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store, including counters, shelves, and displays, and construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
- Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance, and comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate, and assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders in Picture Care Plus, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
Essential Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
