**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, registering sales, and providing courteous, friendly, and efficient checkout service. **Key Responsibilities**

* Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested
* Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
* Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
* Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
* Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
* Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise
* Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
* Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine
* Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
* Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
* Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend hours
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting
* Experience working with cash registers and operating point-of-sale systems
