As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients of a major US pharmacy chain, resolving issues related to prescriptions, insurance coverage, and other concerns
* Making outbound calls to doctor's offices, insurance companies, and customers as necessary to resolve cases and ensure timely delivery of medications
* Conducting insurance resolutions and benefit verifications to ensure accurate and efficient processing
* Resolving complex cases to ensure customers receive the right medications in a timely manner
* Utilizing multitasking, data entry, and soft skills to effectively manage phone calls and interactions with customers
* Conducting basic computing and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
* Utilizing Microsoft Office to navigate emails, set up online accounts, and reset passwords
* Working in a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
