About the Role: Coordinator-BGCO Customer Service

The Business Government Customer Organization (BGCO) at blithequark is dedicated to assisting customers in reaching their organizational objectives while delivering the best-in-class customer experience and ensuring revenue retention and growth through long-term relationships with our clients. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our business and government customer service operations, working remotely from the convenience of your home office to support our customers with innovative technology, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Where You'll Be Working: Remote Role with Flexibility and Autonomy

This is a work-from-home role that offers the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home office. You will be required to have a private workspace free of distractions and meet all home office requirements, including providing internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum. You will also be required to participate in occasional in-person meetings and training sessions.
