**Job Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

* **Promoting and Selling Air Travel**: Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders, providing expert advice and guidance.
* **Supporting Passenger Check-in and Load Acceptance**: Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* **Interpreting Authority's Guidelines and Requirements**: Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments.
* **Meeting and Dispatching Planes**: Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
* **Providing Assistance to Troubled Passengers and Customers**: Provide assistance to troubled passengers and customers, resolving issues and exceeding expectations.

* **FAA Background Checks**: Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identity show areas (SIDA), if applicable.
* **Airport Authority and/or US Customs Safety Badges**: Must be able to obtain stable suitable airport authority and/or US Customs safety badges, if applicable.
* **Ability to Work Abnormal and/or Prolonged Hours**: Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays.
