Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at blithequark. As a work leader for our customer service units, you will be responsible for assisting with escalated and complex issues, providing guidance and support to our customer service representatives, and ensuring that our department operates efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in a typical office environment. You will be required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shifts scheduled during the hours of 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and you will undergo comprehensive training for 6-8 weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
