About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team and work from the comfort of their own home. - Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide feedback on call issues, helping us to continually improve our customer service operations
- Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote our products and services to customers
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, although we will consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find solutions
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
- Experience with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk applications
- Knowledge of digital business services and the latest trends and technologies in the industry

Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:
