About the Role

As a Customer Service Home Agent at blithequark, you will be the friendly voice welcoming customers to our brand, assisting them with placing orders, and answering their questions – all from the comfort of your home office. Our customer service hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM every day, and we are looking for candidates who can commit to at least 24 hours of availability per week, working 6-8 hour shifts, particularly on our busiest days, which are Mondays and Tuesdays. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers have a legendary experience with blithequark.

You will need to have a quiet, dedicated workspace that meets our requirements, including a personal computer, a webcam, and a headset with a microphone for video calls.
