**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Management Trainee at arenaflex, you will be responsible for mastering all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program. You will work closely with our experienced customer service leaders to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to manage and develop a team of customer service representatives. You will also be responsible for reviewing department procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program
* Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives by setting clear goals, evaluating team performance, and providing constructive feedback
* Review department procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with customer service leaders to develop and implement process improvements
* Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
**Minimum Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree
* Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork, and attention to detail
* Prior leadership/management experience is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems
* Experience with process improvement and change management
* Certification in customer service or a related field
