As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support. Your primary focus will be on ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and connecting them with experts who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where arenaflex's leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. Where a customer needs to reschedule a delivery, you'll be informing our delivery partners. Where you notice a delivery issue, you'll get to work resolving it straight away, so that our customers get a great experience every time without having to contact arenaflex.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $59,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
