**Job Summary**

* Assisting customers with entry-level support for their service calls, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and support requests
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
* Providing general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions

**Essential Qualifications**
