In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service to our diverse lines of business, ensuring that students and alumni receive the support and guidance they need to navigate their educational obligations. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, providing clear and professional verbal and written communications to address customer inquiries and concerns. With a strong focus on productivity and performance, you will be expected to meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs, utilize our CRM system for technical inquiries, and adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for customer service, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers through effective communication and timely follow-up. You should be a self-starter with a great degree of internal motivation, able to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems with ease. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and one year of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
