**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Facilitating relationships and providing support to the sales team and customers to ensure orders for products are processed with accuracy and efficiency and distributed properly.
* Collecting and entering orders for new or additional products.
* Maintaining customer accounts and monitoring customer interaction with details of inquiries or feedback.
* Collaborating with staff to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' issues or concerns via telephone, email, and fax with responsive, timely, and professional communications.
* Preparing and reporting results, status of accounts, leads, and new prospects to management.
* Following company policies and procedures such as sales reporting, system entry, and credit.
* Providing ideas, innovation, and suggestions for continuous improvement and maximizing sales opportunities.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal) for working effectively with others.
* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate and acquire skills to use internal systems.
* Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* High accuracy level.
* Bachelor's degree, concentration in Business, or four (4) years equivalent work experience.
**Shift and Pay**
* Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm
* Pay: $20-24/hour DOE
