Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent and remote online panelist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in paid focus group studies, clinical trials, and market research assignments

- Completing written surveys and oral instructions for each study
- Using products and/or services provided, if applicable, and being prepared to discuss your experiences
- Arriving at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time for in-person studies
- Engaging in online or in-person discussions, as required
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
