**Key Responsibilities:**
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
* Complete written and oral instructions, and provide feedback on products and services
* Use products and/or services provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting dates
* Complete written surveys for each panel
* Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
* Must have access to high-speed internet connection
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience (not necessary, but a plus)
