As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, your role will be multifaceted. You will not only assist customers with their orders and returns but also be responsible for the overall management of a Locker location. This includes receiving and processing customer orders, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and utilizing technology to efficiently manage packages. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You should be comfortable standing and walking during shifts that can last up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. The ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, as well as going up and down stairs where applicable, is also necessary. Your availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week, is crucial for meeting the demands of our customers and the business.

You will be working in a retail environment, which could be a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. The activity level is moderate, with most of your shift spent on your feet, helping customers and sorting packages. Our Locker locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments, with minimal noise levels. We encourage a relaxed dress code, with a focus on safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select business units.
