Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services
- Help customers resolve technical issues and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
- Assist in correcting billing concerns and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries
- Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet, ensuring a seamless and positive experience

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- Live within a 40-mile radius of our site
