As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to receive in-bound calls from customers and provide superior service. Your duties will include:

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

This is a full-time job, and blithequark's hours of operation are 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday, 365 days per year, including holidays. Work schedules are generally set for several months at a time but are subject to change based on business needs. We have periodic shift bids that help determine your work schedule, and interested candidates must have a reasonable degree of schedule availability and flexibility to work varying schedules throughout the year.

The physical requirements of this job are typical of a general office environment, with the ability to sit, stand, and move around as needed. You will be required to use a computer and other technology to perform your duties, and you must be able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
