**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting arenaflex products and services. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
