Key Responsibilities:
- Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions
- Provide heart-driven support to plan members, offering solutions to help them better understand their coverage and options
- Utilize your knowledge and skills to simplify the healthcare experience for our members, improving their overall well-being
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience interacting with clients in a customer-facing environment (e.g., call center, retail, customer support, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
