Key Responsibilities:
- Accept inbound calls and respond to questions and concerns from plan members in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information about pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Offer solutions and support to plan members, ensuring that they have a positive and empowering experience

Qualifications and Requirements
