**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients across the continent via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Managing and dispatching emergency services, ensuring timely and effective response to customer needs
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and service requests
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other software applications
* Ability to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Bi-lingual abilities (English and Spanish) a plus, but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience with dispatching or emergency services
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
* Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
