Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner * Resolving customer issues related to orders, products, payments, and shipping using Shopify and Gorgias * Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies * Assisting customers with product recommendations and providing detailed information about our electrolyte products * Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions * Collaborating with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality * Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members * Continuously updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment * Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and/or similar customer service tools * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing excellent customer service * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Knowledge or interest in the electrolyte/hydration/health and wellness industry * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
