- Consistently receiving direction from management, escalating questions, and referring more challenging issues to Senior Client Achievement Representatives
- Expressing empathy while assisting clients in resolving their issues
- Being available to support clients on the phone for extended periods in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
- Navigating multiple computer systems to research client needs and offer solutions, while communicating effectively and accurately
Training and Schedule
To ensure your success in this role, you will receive comprehensive training, including:
- In-depth classroom training, followed by on-the-job training and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, policies, and services
- A 7-week paid training program, starting on September 18, 2023, with training hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
- A schedule that may include working at least one weekend day and some holidays, with the possibility of a shift differential of 15% under the terms of the shift differential policy
Required and Preferred Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in surveying and addressing the needs of clients or handling customer issues, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- A Bachelor's degree
Preferred qualifications include:
- Ability to provide solid client support while listening, eliciting information efficiently, understanding, and resolving complex client issues
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management
- Essential Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
- Experience delivering results in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to learn business operations and processes quickly
