Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience and building customer loyalty.
- Respond to inbound phone calls, effectively communicating with dental and vision professionals and insured members to verify insured eligibility, plan provisions, claim status, and other relevant information.
- Provide technical support, including website and mobile app navigation assistance and password resets, to customers.
- Meet and exceed area production standards and Group metrics, ensuring high-quality performance and contributing to the team's success.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of related experience in customer service, contact centers, dental offices, or insurance industries (experience in dental and vision benefits is highly preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups.
- Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills, with a strong technical aptitude.
- The ability to work overtime when required to support business needs, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting customer demands.
