Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders via phone or fax, adhering to blithequark's established standards and procedures.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers, resolving routine and complex issues.
- Demonstrate active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers.
- Document activities in our system, ensuring accurate records and efficient follow-up.
- Operate our phone system effectively, handling an average of 11 calls per hour during your 8-hour shift.
- Enter orders manually via our fax process, showcasing your adaptability and attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications
