As a specialist-level individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing coaching and functional support to your colleagues, while also driving best practices in issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and team leadership. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our merchants have a positive experience working with us.

Requirements and Qualifications
