Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively as part of the Client Services Team to provide the highest level of customer service and deliver on retention goals.
- Ensure all client questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly, utilizing your expertise and knowledge of the debt resolution program.
- Build rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication via phone and email, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their financial challenges.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage client accounts, document client discussions with detail and clarity, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Assist with reviewing enrollment information to ensure the client's success in completing the program and other key retention activities throughout the program.
- Take and manage escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism, resolving complex issues and providing timely solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.
- Fluent in Spanish is a significant plus, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience is required, with call center experience preferred, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Reliable internet speeds are required, as you will be working remotely and need to maintain consistent connectivity.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and empathy for clients experiencing financial hardship are essential for success in this role.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple client interactions, prioritize tasks, and meet performance goals.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, with excellent active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity, with financial services experience (especially banking, personal loans, and credit cards) being a significant plus.
- Previous Debt Settlement experience is highly desirable, as it will enable you to hit the ground running and provide expert guidance to our clients.
