About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and solution-focused

• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are addressed and resolved promptly
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
• Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote our products and services and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• College degree preferred but not required, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development

To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:
