You will be responsible for assisting patients and prescribers through inbound and outbound phone calls or web support, handling various inquiries, and serving as a liaison between patients and internal expert teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients and prescribers through inbound/outbound phone calls or web support, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
• Handle various inquiries, including scheduling medication orders, order status updates, explaining patient benefits, resolving account issues, and billing inquiries, in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and internal expert teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional patient care and support.
• Participate in extensive paid training to ensure proficiency in blithequark systems and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the industry.
• Maintain high call volume productivity, handling an average of 30-50 calls daily, while adhering to scheduled work hours and meeting performance metrics.
• Utilize strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with patients, prescribers, and internal teams, ensuring that all interactions are professional, empathetic, and patient-centric.

• Must attend 100% of training within the first 90 days of employment, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
