This role requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner * Open and maintain deposit accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient processing * Understand and explain all products and services accurately, making recommendations to clients as needed * Open new deposit accounts and execute all CIP requirements, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and bank policies * Maintain deposit accounts as requested, updating accounts, ordering checks, and performing other tasks as needed * Engage with clients in a caring and respectful manner, building strong relationships and trust * Image work documents timely and accurately as required daily, ensuring efficient and secure processing **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum one (1) year of proven customer service experience * Previous experience in banking and knowledge of banking processes preferred * Basic clerical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively * High school diploma or GED required **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of bank products, services, and regulatory requirements * Ability to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers * Working knowledge of applicable computer systems * Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and trust * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously * Basic clerical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively * Working knowledge of applicable computer systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
