Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Member Services team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and professionally assisting our Member Florists with statement questions and order disputes. This is a work-from-home position that requires excellent communication skills, a clear problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to questions regarding the member's statement and florist order disputes via email and by phone as appropriate.
- Professionally respond to incoming customer calls and emails, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Process requests using internal computer applications, verifying and validating all information provided by the member prior to submission.
- Accurately document all calls in the 360 application, ensuring that all customer interactions are recorded and up-to-date.
- Consistently achieve key indicators and performance standards as defined by management, striving for excellence in customer service delivery.
- Provide customers with quality service by following the defined company policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Read and retain information from departmental memorandums, websites, and training materials to effectively service customers and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Participate in ongoing on-the-job training, including one-on-one sessions with members of management and peer coaching, to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Inbound call center experience is desirable, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation, with excellent typing and keyboarding skills.
- Clear problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions, with a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with good grammar skills and a clear speaking voice.
