About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for high-level customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will have the opportunity to engage with hundreds of customers and sellers, providing solutions to unique issues, sharing technical expertise, and handling multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. With empathy, confidence, and professionalism, you will play a critical role in connecting our VIP customers to the events that excite them.

Work Schedule and Benefits

The first 2 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 9-6 for training, which is paid. The schedule is Thurs/Fri, Sun/Mon, or Sun/Wed off, with hours from 3:30pm-12:00am. We offer a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

In addition to a competitive base salary of $40,000, you will be eligible for overtime, bi-annual bonuses, and an annual equity grant. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
