About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our McAllen, TX location. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services
• Upselling products or services when required

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• To be at least 18 years of age or older
• The ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network and configure a router or switch
• Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer and comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems
• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, and a college degree is also preferred but not required
