**Job Summary**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. You'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

**Minimum Requirements**
