The Customer Service Representative role at arenaflex is a unique opportunity to interact directly with patients, influencing generic utilization, therapy changes, and providing education to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. You will work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring that our patients receive personalized care and attention.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $17.00 - $28.45 per hour. We also offer a complete PTO package, with 10 paid company holidays and a variety of other time-off options. Our team members are eligible for a bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, in addition to our base pay range.
