Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work from the comfort of their own home in Kentucky. As a fully remote position, you'll have the flexibility to provide top-notch service to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Responding to customer inquiries with a positive and solution-focused attitude
- Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management
- Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
- Developing rapport with customers and providing personalized support to make their experience exceptional
- Offering solutions, not excuses, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Required Qualities and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent Customer Service Attitude: A positive, friendly, and patient demeanor to provide exceptional service
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
- Confidence and Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
- Grammar and Writing Skills: Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling to ensure clear and effective communication
- Preferred Experience: 1 year of customer service-related experience and/or 1 year of call center experience
- Location: You must live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
