Essential Qualifications:

- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
- Ability to live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a remote call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Certifications in customer service or related fields (e.g., CCSP, CCEP)
