Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in our operation, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and interacting with Technologists in the field, as well as representatives from our regional accounts. As a front-line staff member, you will work closely with Directors of Nursing and Administration to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service. In addition to providing outstanding customer service, you will also have the opportunity to cross-train in our Dispatch department, further expanding your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders via telephone or fax, ensuring prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional service
- Handle an average of 11 calls per hour per eight-hour shift, including inbound calls, after completing a four-month training period
- Provide accurate and courteous responses to customers, solving routine and complex problems in a timely manner
- Display active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers
- Document activity in our system and enter orders manually via our fax process as needed
- Operate our phone system effectively and adhere to your scheduled work hours
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
- Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
- Solid communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills

- Must have high-speed internet for remote work, with a reliable and secure connection
