Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with call center experience preferred.
- Reliable internet speeds and a dedicated workspace are required for remote work.

- Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client interactions.
