About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working fully remotely and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our Health Mart Atlas members. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

- Conduct research within internal systems and triage with other departments regarding PBM contracts or payments.
