Our team is passionate about delivering results-driven solutions that make a real difference in people's lives. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer care to our clients and customers via telephone. You'll process new applications for healthcare coverage, respond to inquiries, and facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers.
