**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, and providing requested information. **Responsibilities**
* Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence
* Answers questions regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries
* Provides requested information
* Maintain updated records and logs
* Perform all other duties as assigned
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound calls from customers regarding financial banking cards
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and card inquiries
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records and logs of customer interactions
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
**Requirements**
* High School diploma or GED
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service
* Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software
* Must pass PC Knowledge Test
* Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and other Customer service applications and tools using multiple sessions
* Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to handle highly stressful situations with professionalism and excellent quality
**Training and Development**
* 1 week of Microsoft Teams meetings to introduce you to our team and processes
* A couple of weeks of on-the-phone training to ensure you are comfortable handling customer calls
* A week of follow-up Microsoft Teams training to reinforce your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**
