Job Summary
careerzynith is seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer questions about careerzynith's services and products
- Utilize the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance
- Assist clients and potential clients to complete electronic applications
- Attend team training twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction and sales targets
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills: You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear and concise information and resolve issues.
- Customer-focused mindset: You will need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and committed to meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
